Multiple Orders

We will try to combine orders if purchased during the same restock. If you do not want your order combined, please leave a note in one of your orders or contact us within 24 hours with your order #’s.

Shipping Domestic

We ship throughout all of United States. 

We are not responsible for incorrect or insufficient addresses. If we email you about an incorrect address, please respond within 48 hours or your order will be cancelled.

Shipping International

Temporarily only offering USPS Priority International.

Flat rate fee for up to 4 (6oz) slimes. DIY clay slime takes up 2 spaces.

International Flat rate fee: $38.00 USD, Canada Flat rate fee: $28.00 USD

We currently only ship internationally to Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Denmark, France, Finland, Germany, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Ireland, Japan, Korea (the Republic of), Morocco, New Zealand, Netherlands, Norway, Philippines, Poland, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, and Switzerland.

Shipping to Australia, France, and United Kingdom has been temporarily paused.

We will contact you if a cheaper shipping option is available* 

We are not responsible for customs fees or delays.

Customs fees are applied at random by your country's border patrol organization.

Returns

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a problem with your order. Damages that occur during shipping is not the sellers fault. We try our best to package and bubble wrap every order so that it arrives safely to your front door. 

We only accept cancellations if your order has not yet been fulfilled.
